Further clarification of the Department of Health & Human Services directives and the impact to hyour equestrian activities. Particularly regarding coaching and instruction.
We have had a further update by DHHS regards riding horses off property. Under the update it is permissible to leave you property for exercise including to float your horse to an outdoor facility, including your club (if it is open – riders may need to book). You may only exercise with 1 other person or your family group, plus an instructor.

Summary of impacts of the Stay at Home order for Metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire effective 8 JULY 2020, 11:59PM
Based on advice of the Chief Health Officer, Stage 3 "Stay at Home" Restrictions were reinstated across metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire from 11:59pm on Wednesday 8 July.
For six weeks, if you live in the Melbourne Metropolitan region or Mitchell Shire, the Premier a Stay at Home order has been given.
