Any person who has been a Pony Club member since 2012 will most likely have a member record in MyPonyClub, this includes clubs supporters and coaches. All members of Pony Club have a MEMBER PROFILE.
WHAT IS A MEMBER PROFILE?
Your member profile enables you to access your contact information, add horses to your profile, see certificates gained, see gradings and find and enter events all from the one place!
GAINING ACCESS TO MY MEMBER RECORD
Gaining access to your member record requires the MyPonyClub system to have enough correct information to match your record. If the MyPonyClub system can find a record matching your personal details it will send you an email so you can set up your password and access your profile.
HOW DO I SET UP MY MYPONYCLUB MEMBER PROFILE?
Go to the MEMBER PORTAL in MyPonyClub [Click Here] Click on the button that says "Set up your MyPonyClub Profile". Fill in the details requested in the verification box If the system can match you with a member record it will send you an email to set up a password.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MYPONYCLUB SYSTEM CAN'T FIND ME?
If MyPonyClub can’t find a record that matches your information it will tell you to call the SMA helpdesk. You can also contact the Pony Club Victoria State Office on 03 8685 8925. SMA Helpdesk or Pony Club Victoria State Office will update your details then you can go back and verify yourself and gain access to the system.
